So many people go through life as a stagnant pool. They never learn; they never grow; they're content to just be where they are. Nobody wants to drink from a stagnant pool.
People want to be around people who are feeding them, who are helping them to grow. As leaders, we have a responsibility to continually grow ourselves and continually be learning and moving to that next level. Today, give yourself something to give to all of the people around you.
