The two-part session is customized to the client’s needs and desired outcomes. The first part of the session would begin with a “Keynote Conversation” built around the core content and principles of The HERO Effect®. This sets the table for a fun, engaging and creative dialogue in the second half of the session. Kevin uses the organization’s values, vision and purpose for a deep dive into those concepts, relating them to the key content, characters and application ideas from The HERO Effect. Kevin and you work together and co-create an event that is not only highly relatable and actionable but also built around the fundamental DNA that makes your organization great.
